Claim Policy

At Swasthya Vardhak, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our Ayurvedic herbs and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a claim.

Eligibility for Claim

• The claim must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying documents.
• Clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product must be provided.

How to Raise a Claim?

1. Email us at info@swasthyavardhak.com with your order details and proof of issue.
2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3. If the claim is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refund & Replacement

• Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement of the same product.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
